- 1 (12-ounce) container refrigerated red salsa
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning
- cilantro, optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Add the salsa, the beef, and the taco seasoning to a slow cooker and stir to combine.
Step 2 -Cover and cook until the meat is cooked through and the flavors meld together, about 4 hours on low or 2 hours-2 hours 30 minutes on high.
Step 3 -Serve garnished with the cilantro.
