Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 8 Key limes, zested and juiced, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water, optional
  • 2 cups ice, crushed

Directions

Step 1 -Freeze the watermelon cubes until firm, about 1 hour.

Step 2 -Add the frozen watermelon, the zest of 8 of the limes, the juice of 8 of the limes, and the sugar and pulse until blended.

Step 3 -If the watermelon mixture seems too thick, add the water and pulse to combine.

Step 4 -Add the crushed ice and blend to combine.

Step 5 -Evenly transfer the watermelon mixture to serving glasses.

Step 6 -Serve garnished with the extra lime slices.
