Ingredients

  • 1/4 pint fresh or frozen blackberries, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce honey
  • ice, to taste
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 ounces premium tonic water
  • 1 1/2 ounces Empress 1908 Gin
  • rosemary sprigs, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a glass, add 1/4 pint of the blackberries and the honey and muddle to combine.

Step 2 -Add the ice to the blackberry-honey mixture.

Step 3 -Pour the pineapple juice and the lime juice over the ice and top with the tonic water.

Step 4 -Pour the gin over the drink mixture.

Step 5 -Serve the drink garnished with extra blackberries and the rosemary sprigs.
