Ah, dessert time is such a marvelous time. However, the one hard thing about it can be deciding what you want. With all the options out there, it's nearly impossible to narrow it down to one. So, when you have a hankering for a brownie-like bar, the gooeyness of a chocolate chip cookie, and the creaminess of a cheesecake, then you've got to mash it all into this Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bake! All your cravings will be satisfied and that's just the best way to end a meal. Sometimes too much of a good thing turns out to be bad, but that is the complete opposite of this Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bake. It just keeps getting better and better!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 (18-ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough, divided

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -In a bowl, add the cream cheese, the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla and mix until it is smooth and well-blended.

Step 4 -Press 1 package of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.

Step 5 -Pinch off small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and distribute them over the cream cheese mixture.

Step 6 -Bake the cheesecake bake until the cream cheese mixture is set and the cookies on top are golden-brown, about 30-45 minutes.

Step 7 -Transfer the baking dish to a wire rack and let the cheesecake bake cool, about 30 minutes.

Step 8 -Cut the cheesecake bake into serving-sized bars and serve.
