- 5 strawberries, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
- mint leaves, to taste
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- ice, to taste
- 3 ounces ginger beer
Directions
Step 1 -Add 5 of the strawberries, the mint leaves, the lime juice, and the vodka into a cocktail shaker.
Step 2 -Muddle the strawberry mixture, then add the ice and shake vigorously to combine.
Step 3 -Strain the strawberry mixture into a copper mug over more of the ice.
Step 4 -Top the cocktail with the ginger beer.
Step 5 -Garnish with the extra strawberry slices and serve.
